Help you stick to doing the hard work that will be required to reach the promised land of your ideal fitness/weight.
Provide opportunity for you to explore what further decisions and actions you will need to take to craft and maintain your new life.
Help you achieve a new relationship with food, exercise and your own body – the life craft in which you travel through this world.
Further Description
A pilgrim is someone on a journey to a sacred place, and in my experience, getting fit and/or losing weight is just such a journey – the ‘sacred place’ being the state of having achieved the desired weight loss and improved fitness. As with all pilgrimages, this journey of transformation is not a quick fix, but it is so worth it!
This pilgrimage is a tough journey and not for the faint-hearted, so if you step out on it be prepared to sweat!

Zoom Meetings Booking Info
You do not need a Zoom account to join meetings as a participant.
After you’ve made a booking, the join Zoom Meeting links will be located on your Account Dashboard under the bookings tab on this website.
You can either join the Zoom Meeting via the Zoom App Link or Web Browser link (see image). I recommend using the join meeting via App link as opposed to join meeting via Web Browser link. Joining meetings from a Web Browser only gives you access to basic Zoom meeting features.
It’s best to download Zoom in your browser or Download the Zoom App for your Smartphones or Tablets in advance of your scheduled booking time if you have not used Zoom before.

How to accesss your scheduled booking zoom meeting link:
1. Before your scheduled booking time, log into your Account on this website (your account will be created after you make your first booking).
2. Click the Bookings tab.
3. Click join zoom meeting link at your scheduled booking time.
